Over the course of the Crush Bristol Wine Festival we will be celebrating the small domaine producers we feature on our drinks list. All of whom grow and make wines in a way which are kind to the land and kind to the glass.
We will be pouring by the glass multiple cuvees from Manuel Valenzuela of Barranco Oscuro. Manuel started making wine in the Alpujarras in 1979 and since then has been a champion of natural winemaking in Spain. His method of cultivation and the true expression of climate and terroir in his wines are totally inspiring and epitomise the good farming practices we look for in the wines we list and produce we use at Birch.
Join some of the best cider makers from the Southwest and USA on Friday 22nd June and Saturday 23rd June when we will be serving a set, 4 course menu, written to compliment the array of ciders we have on our drinks list.
